Late Payment Policy Notice

Thank you for choosing Boise Bright. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our operations, we have established the following late payment policy:

Payment Terms:
All invoices are due upon receipt and considered past due after 7 calendar days.

Late Fee:
A late fee of 5% of the total invoice will be added to any unpaid balance that remains outstanding after 7 days from the invoice date.

Additional Actions:
If payment is not received within 14 days, services may be paused and additional collection actions may be taken, including the use of third-party recovery services. The client may also be responsible for any additional costs incurred in the recovery of the debt.
